The two different types of workshops include Premier (2 sessions/week for 8 weeks) and Standard (2 sessions/week for 4 weeks). The program includes:
- Gait Analysis: assessing your walking, jogging & running form to pinpoint any areas of concern that need to be corrected
- Functional Strength & Mobility Analysis with a Personalized Home Routine
- Involving a Comprehensive Assessment of the Upper Body, Core & Lower Body
- Specific Home Exercise Prescription to Address Necessary Areas
- Manual Therapy Interventions Performed by Dr. Allen
- Massage/Soft-Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilizations & Manual Stretching to Quickly & Comprehensively Restore Restricted Areas Throughout the Body
- Patient Education: Throughout the Process for Optimal and Lasting Results
- Weekly Re-Assessment of Progress: To Fine-Tune the Program, Make Necessary Progressions & Maximize Results for Each Client
