After this assessment - the program involves all or some of the following components:

  • Functional Strength & Mobility Analysis with a Personalized Home Routine
    • Involving a Comprehensive Assessment of the Upper Body, Core & Lower Body
    • Specific Home Exercise Prescription to Address Necessary Areas
  • Manual Therapy Interventions Performed by Dr. Allen
    • Massage/Soft-Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilizations & Manual Stretching to Quickly & Comprehensively Restore Restricted Areas Throughout the Body
  • Patient Education: Throughout the Process for Optimal and Lasting Results
  • Weekly Re-Assessment of Progress: To Fine-Tune the Program, Make Necessary Progressions & Maximize Results for Each Client
